Terms of Service

1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between IE TeezBar ("TeezBar", "Company", "we") and the user of the TeezBar Taxi mobile application ("User", "you").
By registering in the App and using the Service, you confirm that you have fully read and accept these Terms.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the Service.
2. Definitions
- Service — the TeezBar Taxi mobile application and all related services
- Passenger — a user who requests transportation services through the Service
- Driver — a user who provides transportation services through the Service
- Order — a passenger's request for transportation from point A to point B
- Ride — the actual fulfillment of an Order by a Driver
- Account — a user's registered profile in the Service
3. Description of the Service
TeezBar is an information technology service that provides a platform connecting passengers with drivers in the city of Priozersk, Karaganda Region, Kazakhstan and surrounding areas.
The Service provides the following capabilities:
- Ride booking with specified pickup and drop-off locations
- Zone-based fare calculation
- Real-time driver location tracking
- Scheduled (advance) ride booking
- Multi-stop rides
- Ride quality ratings and reviews
Important: TeezBar is not a transportation carrier and does not provide taxi services directly. The Company provides a technology platform connecting passengers with independent driver partners.
4. Registration and Account
4.1. Registration Requirements
- A valid mobile phone number is required to register
- Users must be at least 18 years of age
- One phone number may be linked to only one Account
4.2. Additional Requirements for Drivers
- Valid driver's license of the appropriate category
- Vehicle registration documents
- Successful document verification
- Vehicle compliance with safety requirements
4.3. Account Security
The User agrees to:
- Not share account access with third parties
- Immediately report any unauthorized access
- Maintain a current phone number for verification codes
5. Rules of Use
5.1. General Rules
When using the Service, the following is prohibited:
- Providing false or misleading information
- Using the Service for illegal purposes
- Violating the rights of other users
- Creating multiple accounts
- Using automated means to interact with the Service
- Attempting unauthorized access to Service systems
- Distributing malicious software
5.2. Rules for Passengers
- Provide accurate pickup and destination addresses
- Be ready for pickup at the specified time
- Observe proper conduct in the vehicle
- Pay for the ride according to the established fare
- Do not transport prohibited items
- Treat the driver with respect
5.3. Rules for Drivers
- Comply with traffic regulations
- Maintain the vehicle in good working and clean condition
- Accept orders only when ready to fulfill them
- Follow the optimal route
- Treat passengers with respect
- Do not cancel accepted orders without valid reason
- Update order status in the App promptly
6. Pricing and Payment
6.1. Fare Calculation
- Ride cost is calculated based on zone-based tariffs
- The price is displayed before order confirmation
- The final cost may change if the passenger modifies the route
6.2. Payment Methods
- Cash payment to the driver upon ride completion
6.3. Service Commission
Drivers are charged a commission for using the Service. Commission rates are displayed in the driver's dashboard within the App.
7. Cancellations
- Passengers may cancel an order before the driver arrives
- Drivers may cancel an order for valid reasons
- Frequent cancellations may result in restricted access to the Service or reduced driver ratings
8. Ratings and Reviews
- After each ride, both passenger and driver may rate each other
- Ratings affect order priority for drivers
- Low ratings may result in restricted access to the Service
- Reviews must be honest and must not contain abusive content
9. Liability
9.1. Company Liability
The Company is not liable for:
- Actions or inactions of drivers and passengers
- Quality of transportation services provided by drivers
- Damage incurred during a ride
- Service interruptions due to technical reasons
- Loss of user data
9.2. User Liability
The User is responsible for:
- Accuracy of information provided
- Compliance with these Terms
- Damage caused to other users or the Company
- Violations of law when using the Service
10. Account Suspension and Termination
The Company reserves the right to restrict or terminate a user's Account for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent activity
- Systematic order cancellations
- Rating below the established minimum threshold
- Complaints from other users
- Violation of applicable law
- Threats to Service security
11. Intellectual Property
- All rights to the App, its design, code, and content belong to the Company
- Use of TeezBar trademarks without permission is prohibited
- The User does not acquire any intellectual property rights of the Company
12. Modifications
The Company may modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes through the App. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Dispute Resolution
- Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation
- If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved in court under the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
